We live an in era that desperately needs leaders with the courage, grit, and vision to renew our communities, workplaces, and institutions.

Yet striving for positive change in such a complex and difficult world can be a grueling personal journey. I know firsthand; I have spent my career trying to innovate within government, with all the attendant frustrations. Even as we strive to imagine and build better futures, each of us must work hard to find purpose, stay true to our values, and refresh and revitalize our spirits.

My passion is for equipping leaders with the resources to become strong, stay healthy, and find fulfillment as they engage with a world that needs their leadership. I believe in the power of stories to shape our lives, and write both fiction and non-fiction about grappling with complex, uncertain futures.
