Rock climbing is one of my favorite hobbies. I had ambitious goals set for spring and summer 2020–then came Coronavirus. I decided to build a home wall for a quarantine project, both to continue my training and to provide a fun family activity.<\/p>\n
I had never done any carpentry before. The project involved extensive research of home wall designs, cutting lumber, building a frame, drilling the hold pattern and mounting T-nuts, priming, painting, building the support structure, and then erecting the completed frame and mounting the holds.<\/p>\n
